The CRJ pneumatic Round corner cutting die is designed for use with vertical packaging machines. While the packaging bag is feeding, it simultaneously trims the side edge and cuts the rounded bag corner. The tool is made of Japanese-imported high-speed die steel and precision-machined using Japanese SEIBU slow-wire EDM to produce a uniform, sharp cutting edge. The reference hole size is 64×15mm. The edge-trimming width, corner radius, hole size, feed-through slot and overall dimensions can all be customized according to the actual packaging and machine conditions.

This hole puncher combines side-edge trimming and rounded bag-corner cutting in one die. A single action trims the waste material and cuts the rounded corner, reducing separate processing and secondary finishing.
The complete tool set is made of high-hardness tool steel precision-machined using Japanese SEIBU slow-wire EDM. Its uniform, sharp cutting edges help reduce stringing, bag tearing and burrs during high-speed cutting, keeping the finished edges and corners neat.

Is this die compatible with all vertical packaging bag-making machines?
