The CRJ pneumatic Round corner cutting die is designed for use with vertical packaging machines. While the packaging bag is feeding, it simultaneously trims the side edge and cuts the rounded bag corner. The tool is made of Japanese-imported high-speed die steel and precision-machined using Japanese SEIBU slow-wire EDM to produce a uniform, sharp cutting edge. The reference hole size is 64×15mm. The edge-trimming width, corner radius, hole size, feed-through slot and overall dimensions can all be customized according to the actual packaging and machine conditions.

This product is intended for continuous production of plastic bags, paper packaging and flexible film packaging.
