Packaging bag manufacturers often need to switch hole types between different orders. If a complete hole punching machine is provided for every small hole shape, it increases procurement, installation, and storage costs, and also prolongs downtime for changeovers. This interchangeable structure separates the punching pin assembly that needs to be changed from the long-term used die base, allowing customers to expand the hole shape according to actual production needs, making it more suitable for production scenarios with multiple varieties, small batches, or frequent order changes.
Solution:Use one compatible die set to manage multiple sets of small hole punching pins: replace different shapes and sizes of punching blade when the order changes, and resume production after resetting, alignment, and test punching confirmation.
The punch can be replaced in just about 15 seconds.

The maximum punching speed can reach 300 cuts per minute. The actual production speed depends on the material, thickness, hole shape, air capacity, waste discharge, and the synchronization status of the bag making machine.
It can punch single-layer films as thin as 10 microns.
The mold base is made of aviation aluminum alloy, the punching blade is made of imported Swedish ASP mould steel, and the cylinder uses AirTAC brand to balance structural stability, response speed and ease of maintenance.
Hole type, size, direction, mounting hole position, feed slot and pneumatic interface can be customized according to packaging design, material and equipment conditions.

Reminder: Do not replace the punching pin while the equipment is running or under pressure; do not strike the cutting edge or punch with hard objects.
• Before starting the machine, check the air pressure, fixing screws, punch position, and waste channel.
• Keep the punch and guide block lubricated according to the instructions; avoid using colored or water-containing lubricants.
• Regularly check the cylinder, air pipes, and connectors for leaks.
• If burrs are found on the hole edges, abnormal resistance, or noise, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
• Clean and store unused components in a dry environment.
Each punchers undergoes inspection according to the confirmed order, including appearance, hole size, die base size, mounting hole positions, punch pin and lower die alignment, cylinder movement, airtightness, continuous operation, punched sample, and waste material discharge. When customers provide material samples, trial punching can be arranged under agreed conditions, and pictures or videos can be provided for confirmation as needed.

Can this punch be directly installed on my bag making machine?
This hole punching machine is compatible with various bag making machines, including center-seal bags, three-side seal bags, eight-side seal bags, wicket bags, stand-up pouches, zipper bags, and non-woven bag making machines. However, installation space, mounting dimensions, film orientation, air source, and control signals need to be confirmed. Please provide the equipment photos, and installation dimensions before providing a quote.
What types of holes can be used with this replaceable mold base?
Within the compatible size range, Φ1-Φ10mm round holes and V-shaped and U-shaped easy-tear assemblies can be configured. Other complex irregular hole shapes may require re-evaluation.
How long does it take to replace the punching pin assembly?
The punch replacement takes about 15 seconds, but the actual replacement also includes stopping the machine to depressurize, cleaning, installation, alignment and test punching. The time depends on the equipment space and operating conditions.
What is the highest speed?
The maximum speed is 300 CPM. The actual speed depends on the material, thickness, hole type, air supply flow rate, waste disposal, and the synchronization status of the bag making machine.
What materials can be used for this?
PET、OPP、PO、CPE、PP、PE、PVC、PPE、PPU laminated film etc, for special materials, thick films, and multi-layer films, it is recommended to send samples for trial stamping first.
Can a punching component be added separately later?
Yes. Please provide the original product number, mold base size, or order details to confirm the compatibility of the new component with the existing mold base.
What information is required to provide a quote?
Please provide the hole type and size, material and thickness, number of layers, punching location, feed chute requirements, equipment installation dimensions, quantity, and destination.
What should be done after the cutting edge is worn?
Depending on the structure and degree of wear, the grinding or replacement of the punching assembly can be assessed. Please provide photos of the hole edges, product number, and operating conditions for technical personnel to provide treatment recommendations.
If you require round holes smaller than 10mm, V-shaped easy-tear openings, U-shaped easy-tear openings, or other custom small holes, please send a hole pattern diagram, material samples, and equipment installation information.
