The large size custom-shape pneumatic punching die is a cutting die for plastic bag and flexible packaging converting. It can cut complete packaging bags according to customer needs. It uses AirTAC pneumatic actuation, a Japanese-imported HAP5R high-speed steel tool and an aluminum-alloy die base. Hole size, dimensions and structure are customized from drawings, samples and actual requirements.
Hole size and dimensions can be evaluated from CAD or PDF drawings, packaging designs or physical samples. Single holes and irregular contours can be configured for large custom-shape requirements.
The confirmed minimum film thickness is 10μm. Actual cutting results also depend on the material type, number of layers, profile, tool condition and equipment conditions. Sample testing is recommended for special materials.
The tool is made from user-confirmed Japanese-imported HAP5R high-speed steel for cutting custom design hole.
The bridge-type closed structure supports the large-profile tool, cylinder and guide mechanism. Die-base dimensions and material pass-through space can be confirmed according to the target packaging profile, material and installation conditions.
AirTAC cylinder drives the cutting stroke.
The confirmed maximum speed range is 120-150 cycles/min. Actual speed depends on the hole dimensions, material, thickness, air-supply conditions, waste removal and synchronization with the bag-making machine.
PE, PO, PP, OPP, PVC, CPE, LDPE and CPP films, as well as aluminum-foil laminated bags. Material toughness, total thickness, number of layers and surface properties vary. Samples are recommended for special films, thick laminates or unverified materials before production use.
Safety notice: Before adjustment, cleaning or component replacement, stop the equipment and release the air pressure. Confirm that the cutting mechanism has stopped before working. Never place hands in the tool, feed slot or discharge area while the equipment is running or pressurized.
Each unit is checked against the confirmed order for profile and dimensions, die base and feed slot, mounting-hole positions, tool alignment, cylinder movement, air tightness, continuous operation and sample cutting results. If the customer supplies material samples, a trial can be conducted under agreed conditions, and a test video will be provided for customer approval before shipment.
The cutting edge receives necessary protection after production, and the unit is secured with shock-absorbing foam and rigid packaging. Large or batch orders may use wooden cases according to weight and shipping method. Delivery is available through DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, air freight, sea freight or the customer’s nominated forwarder. Shipping charges and transit time are subject to order confirmation.
Before shipment, the product will undergo operating and cutting tests, and the test video will be sent to the customer for approval. Shipment will be arranged after confirmation. When correctly installed and used under the confirmed conditions, the product generally operates reliably. If an installation or operating issue occurs after receipt, the customer may provide on-site photos, videos and operating information; the CRJ technical team will assist with remote troubleshooting and operating guidance. If a component problem occurs within 3 months, corresponding replacement-part support is available. Every customer who purchases a CRJ product receives free lifetime technical guidance.

Can this custom punching die be installed directly on my bag-making machine?
The die can be adapted to various automatic bag-making systems, but the installation space, mounting dimensions, feed direction, cutting position, air supply and motion synchronization must still be confirmed. Please provide equipment photos or a video and the installation dimensions before quotation.
What does 156.32×90.79mm mean?
156.32×90.79mm is the sample custom-profile size in the original product information; it is not the only available specification. Other sizes and contours are evaluated according to the drawing, material, feed slot and available die-base space.
Which materials can be processed?
The original information lists PE, PO, PP, OPP, PVC, CPE, LDPE and CPP films, as well as aluminum-foil laminated bags. Sample testing is recommended for special films, thick laminated materials or unverified materials.
What are the minimum order quantity and lead time?
The minimum order quantity is 1 set. The reference production lead time is 15 working days. Lead time for batch orders or complex custom-shape projects depends on quantity, drawings and the production schedule.
What information is required for a quotation?
Please provide the custom-profile drawing or physical sample, material name, total thickness, number of layers, number of holes, cutting direction, position, target speed, waste-removal requirements, equipment photos or video, installation dimensions, purchase quantity, destination and required delivery date.
For a custom-shape pneumatic punching die, send the target packaging or waste-profile drawing, packaging-bag or film sample, material information and installation details. CRJ will help confirm the bridge-type die base, feed slot, HAP5R high-speed steel tool, pneumatic structure, sample-testing arrangement, production lead time and quotation.
