Before shipment, the product is cleaned and given necessary protective treatment, then secured with foam, corner protectors and rigid packaging. Large or batch orders may use wooden cases according to weight and transport method. Shipping is available by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, air freight, sea freight or the customer’s nominated forwarder. Costs, trade terms and estimated transit time are subject to order confirmation.

After-Sales Support

Before shipment, each product will undergo operating and cutting tests. The test video will be sent to the customer for approval, and shipment will be arranged only after confirmation. When correctly installed and used under confirmed operating conditions, the product is generally stable in operation. If the customer encounters installation or use issues after receipt, on-site photos, videos and operating information may be provided, and the CRJ technical team will assist remotely with troubleshooting and operating guidance.
