Precision machining of the cutting edge ensures stable tear quality. The core punch and lower die cutting edge are machined using imported Japanese wire EDM, resulting in a smooth cut surface with fewer burrs, reducing issues such as tearing failure, stringing, and poor film stretching, and minimizing raw material scrap.

Two structures are available to adapt to different production modes. A standard C-frame version and an interchangeable die base version are available. The interchangeable version does not require disassembling the entire machine. Only the punch needs to be replaced to switch between V-type and U-type notches, which greatly reduces the downtime for changeover.

Compatible with various bag types and film materials. Optimized for three-side seal, center seal, eight-side seal stand-up pouches, and zipper bags. Can process ordinary PE/OPP/PET composite film, aluminum-plastic film, and paper-plastic composite materials. Can also be used with some biodegradable films.
