Engineers independently perform modeling and programming based on client CAD drawings, PDF specifications. For irregular hole shapes, we have uniquely optimized the cutting edge layout and punching angles to balance the uneven forces encountered during non-standard cutting. Whether dealing with sharp corners, arcs, or complex polygonal structures, the process delivers clean, vertical cuts—resulting in smooth edges free from burrs, stress whitening, or tearing. This eliminates the need for manual trimming, significantly enhancing both the quality of custom packaging and the product yield rate.
