Changeover, Machine Testing, and Maintenance

1. Before a changeover, stop the machine, release the air pressure, and ensure the hole puncher has come to a complete stop.
2. Remove the punching blade assembly, install the required punching blade, and verify that it is securely fastened.
3. Perform a small-scale test run using the actual bag material to verify that the hole position, dimensions, and cut quality meet specifications.
4. Gradually increase production speed only after confirming a clean cut, smooth hole edges, and correct positioning.
5. Perform daily cleaning of punching waste and inspect the air lines, fasteners, and punch wear.
