This puncher unit uses a C-shaped die frame and a 100mm feed slot, equipped with an aviation-grade aluminum alloy die base, imported Japanese HAP5R high-speed steel cutting tools, and an AirTAC cylinder. The confirmed speed range is 250–300 cuts/minute, with a processing accuracy of 0.001mm and a reference service life of 18 million–20 million cuts. Hole type, curvature, and dimensions can be customized based on CAD drawings, dimension drafts, or samples.。

The thickness, toughness, and number of layers of different materials will affect the tear resistance; for special materials, it is recommended to provide samples for testing.

Trial Operation and Routine Maintenance

1. After installation, first check the tool alignment, cylinder movement, guide condition, feed direction and cutting position at low speed.
2. Perform a small trial cut using the actual packaging material and confirm that the trimmed edge, rounded corner and packaging bag surface meet the requirements.
3. Increase the speed gradually while monitoring air-supply stability, film-feed synchronization and continuous cutting performance.
4. If burrs or film tearing occur, check in sequence whether the air pressure is insufficient or unstable, whether the cutting edge is worn or dull, whether the film feed is synchronized and whether the guide is misaligned.
5. Stop the machine and release the air pressure before adjusting, cleaning or inspecting the tool.
