This puncher is suitable for PE, PP, PET, and various flexible packaging materials.with a maximum punching speed of 260 cuts/minute and a processing accuracy of 0.001mm. Customization of hole size, slot depth, hole shape and punching direction is supported, making it suitable for packaging production lines with multiple SKUs and frequent order changes.
Plastic bag and flexible packaging factories often handle multiple orders simultaneously, including supermarket hanging bags, fruit and vegetable bags, small commodity packaging, and stand-up pouches, requiring frequent switching between butterfly holes, airplane holes, round holes, triangular holes, and rounded-corner cutting. The traditional solution involves configuring a pneumatic hole puncher for each hole type, which easily leads to the following problems:
This punching machine features a robust aluminum alloy die holder and comes with a variety of interchangeable punching pins. Changing the hole pattern requires only swapping the punching pin itself, and additional punching pins can be purchased separately to accommodate new patterns. A single unit can handle more than five different hole patterns as well as corner-rounding operations.
After stopping the bag-making machine, remove the hole puncher and replace the punching pin. A skilled operator can complete the change in about one minute. After that, a test punch can be performed to resume production.
An mold base can accommodate replacement pins with different sizes of round holes, airplane holes, butterfly holes, triangular holes, and rounded corners.
For butterfly hole pins, air-plane hole pins, and triangular hole pins, the hole direction can be adjusted according to the requirements of the material moving direction.
One interchangeable punching device can replace multiple different hole shape punching machines; the replacement punch pin is small size and easy to store.
As an independent component, the punching pin only needs to be replaced if it wears out, the mould base can be kept in use. Its pin’s lightweight design also reduces shipping costs.
It can be configured according to material, thickness, number of layers and hole type, and is used for plastic films such as PET, OPP, PO, CPE, PP, PE, PVC, PPE, PPU and paper-plastic composite packaging materials.

Reminder: Do not replace the punching pin while the equipment is running or under pressure; do not strike the cutting edge or punch with hard objects.
Each puncher undergoes inspection according to the confirmed order, including appearance, hole size, die base size, mounting hole positions, punch pin and lower die alignment, cylinder movement, airtightness, continuous operation, punched sample, and waste material discharge. When customers provide material samples, trial punching can be arranged under agreed conditions, and pictures or videos can be provided for confirmation as needed.
The delivery time is 12 working days. The production time for special-shaped holes will be notified separately after confirmation by CRJ.

Will the reference life of 18 million to 20 million cycles differ in actual use?
Yes. Actual lifespan is affected by film thickness, material toughness, working air pressure, waste disposal, and maintenance frequency; thick films and high-toughness composite films may have shorter service life.
What is the maximum thickness of the film that can be processed, and what is the reference accuracy?
It can process films with thicknesses from 10μm-360μm, and the processing accuracy is 0.001mm, depends on the material and test.
Can a large cylinder be added to a thick film punch?
Our engineers will adjust the cylinder size based on actual conditions.
Can special irregular holes and non-standard sizes be customized?
Yes.
