CRJ 75×16mm bridge-type D-type handle hole pneumatic punching machine is a pneumatic punching die for fully automatic bag making machines. It used for processing D-type handle holes on shopping bags. The bridge-type die frame and 500mm feed slot are suitable for punching projects requiring ample material passage space for tote bags. It can be used with PP, PVC, OPP, PE films, and various flexible packaging materials.

Product Overview

 

This hole puncher uses an aviation-grade aluminum alloy die base, imported Japanese HAP5R high-speed steel cutting tools, and AirTAC cylinders. The maximum punching speed is 180 punches/minute, with a processing accuracy of 0.001mm. The material thickness range is 10–360μm, and the reference service life is 18 million–20 million punches. The handle hole length and width, rounded corners, irregular shapes, feed groove, and mounting structure can be customized based on drawings, samples, and equipment conditions.

In addition to the standard 32×6×9mm butterfly hole, other hole types and sizes can be evaluated based on customer drawings or samples.

Material

 

The material thickness ranges from 10 to 360 μm. Materials include PE, PO, PP, OPP, PVC, CPE, PPE, PPU, LDPE single-layer films, composite films, aluminum-plastic composite films, paper, paper-plastic composites, non-woven fabrics, and paper hang tags. Different material thicknesses, toughness, and number of layers will affect the die-cutting configuration; for special materials, sample testing is recommended.

Any tote bag, non-woven bag, or paper bag that requires handle hole.

Equipment

It is compatible with various fully automatic bag making machines, film punching production lines and flexible packaging processing equipment on the market, but the installation space, fixed dimensions, material feeding direction and punching position still need to be confirmed.

Installation confirmation, test and maintenance

 

  1. Before installation, verify the 75×16mm handle hole, mould base type, 500mm material feeding slot , and installation dimensions against the confirmed drawings.
  2. After installation, check the air circuit, fixing parts, tool alignment, material feed direction, punching position, and blanking space.
  3. Perform a small-scale trial punch using actual packaging material to check the hole size, hole edge condition, and handle position.
  4. After confirming that the punching and blanking effects meet the requirements, gradually increase the equipment’s operating speed.
  5. Keep the compressed air dry and clean, regularly clean up punching waste, and check the wear of the cylinder, air pipes, fixing parts, and tools.。

Production, delivery and transportation

 

The MOQ for this puncher is 1 set, with a monthly supply capacity of over 1300 sets. After confirmation of the design and payment, the delivery period is 7 business days. Specific arrangements for non-standard structures will be confirmed based on the final drawings and order quantity.

Payment methods can be negotiated: T/T, Western Union, or PayPal. Shipping can be arranged via DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight, or sea freight. Alternatively, a customer-designated freight forwarder or our own logistics account can be used.
