Conventional multi-step processing requires separate heat-sealing and cutting stations, increasing equipment space, alignment work and changeover setup. If heat, pneumatic motion or the bag-making machine cycle is not properly matched, incomplete sealing, hole misalignment, sticking at the cut or film damage may occur. CRJ integrates the heating and hole-cutting structure in one bridge-type die base so that bag design, material and installation position can be evaluated together.
Suitable customers: Packaging bag manufacturers that need heat-sealed handle holes in flat bags, T-shirt bags, biodegradable bags and other plastic packaging bags on automatic bag-making equipment.
Heat-seals around the handle hole and cuts the 70×20mm profile at the same station, reducing the space, alignment and setup required for two separate dies.
The bridge-type closed die base supports film feeding, the tool, heating components and the pneumatic actuator. It can be configured around the confirmed 450mm feed slot and the customer’s installation conditions.
The cutting tool is made of copper for use with the integrated heat-sealing and cutting structure. Tool dimensions, handle-hole profile and heating configuration are confirmed according to the bag design, material and approved drawing.
An AirTAC cylinder uses compressed air to perform the cutting stroke. Cylinder specification, air-supply conditions and operating cycle must match the tool structure, material and bag-making machine conditions.
The confirmed maximum speed range is 180-200 cycles/min. Actual production speed depends on the film material and thickness, heating condition, air supply, hole profile and synchronization with the bag-making machine.
Handle-hole size and profile, feed slot, die-base dimensions, heating configuration and mounting-hole positions can be evaluated from the bag drawing, material sample and equipment installation conditions.
Available product information lists PE, LDPE, HDPE, PO, PP, OPP and CPE, as well as PBAT and PLA biodegradable films. Heat-sealing performance, total thickness, number of layers and surface properties vary by material. Samples are recommended for special high-tack films, laminated materials or unverified materials before production use.
This product is designed for automatic heat-sealing and cutting bag-making lines. Direct installation depends on the available space, mounting dimensions, film-feed direction, handle-hole position, air-supply conditions and existing heating and control interfaces. Please provide photos or a video of the bag-making machine and its installation dimensions before quotation.
Parameter note: Maximum speed, reference service life and minimum material thickness assume correct installation, air supply, heating, operation and maintenance. Material compatibility and continuous-production performance must be confirmed using the customer’s sample and actual machine conditions. The final configuration is subject to the mutually approved technical drawing and quotation.
Safety notice: Before adjustment, cleaning or component replacement, stop the machine, disconnect heating power, release air pressure and allow hot areas to cool fully. Never place hands in the tool or heating area while the equipment is running, energized, pressurized or hot.
Each unit is checked against the confirmed order for hole-profile dimensions, die-base and feed-slot dimensions, mounting-hole positions, tool alignment, cylinder movement, air tightness, heating response, continuous operation and sample heat-sealing and cutting results. If the customer supplies material samples, a trial can be conducted under agreed conditions, and a test video will be provided for customer approval before shipment.
The product is cleaned and protected before shipment, then secured with foam, corner protection and rigid packaging. Large or batch orders may use wooden cases according to weight and shipping method. Delivery is available through DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, air freight, sea freight or the customer’s nominated forwarder. Charges, trade terms and estimated transit time are subject to order confirmation.
Before shipment, the product will undergo operating, heat-sealing and cutting tests, and the test video will be sent to the customer for approval. Shipment will be arranged after confirmation. When correctly installed and used under the confirmed conditions, the product generally operates reliably. If an installation or operating issue occurs after receipt, the customer may provide on-site photos, videos and operating information; the CRJ technical team will assist with remote troubleshooting and operating guidance. If a component problem occurs within 3 months, corresponding replacement-part support is available. Every customer who purchases a CRJ product receives free lifetime technical guidance.

Can this die be installed directly on my bag-making machine?
The die can be adapted to various automatic heat-sealing and cutting bag-making machines, but the installation space, mounting dimensions, film-feed direction, handle-hole position, air supply, heating interface and control interface still need to be confirmed. Please provide equipment photos or a video and the installation dimensions before quotation.
What does 70×20mm mean?
70×20mm is the confirmed handle-hole size for this product. Other profiles and sizes can be evaluated according to the bag drawing, sample and available die-base space.
Can other handle-hole sizes or shapes be customized?
Yes. Please provide the hole-profile drawing, dimensions, orientation, hole position, bag type and material information. The engineering team will review these details together with the feed slot, die-base space, and heat-sealing and cutting requirements.
Which materials can be processed?
Available information includes PE, LDPE, HDPE, PO, PP, OPP, CPE, PBAT and PLA films. Sample testing is recommended for special high-tack films, laminated materials or unverified materials.
What are the minimum order quantity and lead time?
The minimum order quantity is 1 set. The reference lead time is 7 working days after payment and drawing approval. Lead time for batch or complex custom orders depends on quantity and the production schedule.
What information is required for a quotation?
